This portrait series honors an individual for whom I hold deep gratitude. Composed of nine pieces, each fragment subtly portrays parts of the face, not to reveal identity but to celebrate the universal presence of those who leave lasting gifts in our lives—whether through love, support, example, or influence.

Each fragment is mounted on a lightbox-like structure covered with translucent paper, traced with a gold drawing of a butterfly flower embroidery gifted by this person. The gold symbolizes the enduring value of their impact, remaining imprinted even in their absence.
